Did you know that connecting with nature can be good for our wellbeing? This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we want to grow awareness of the role nature can play in preventing distress & creating good mental health for all. Mental Health Awareness Week takes place on 10-16 May 2021 and this year's theme is nature.


Sound design and mix for this feel good and beautiful 2D illustrated animation. The audio aesthetic takes the calming and peaceful sounds of nature to the fore front; enhancing the viewers overall experience and promoting and enjoying the health benefits being in nature provides.
