Qatar Airways, the World’s Best Airline, is now the Global Partner and Official Airline of Formula 1®(F1®), the pinnacle of motorsport and the world’s most technologically-advanced racing series. Qatar Airways and F1® will be partners through the 2027 season, bringing thrills and exciting speeds to fans globally.
Lightning speed required lightning delivery when McCann asked Graceful Monkey to produce an engaging animation for Qatar Airways, promoting their partnership with F1. In less than two weeks this short but punchy film was ready for use across Qatar Airways social channels.
The sound design captures the distinctive and often favored V8 engine; known for its roaring and higher revs/pitch sound, simulating the experience within a fictional F1 car. This seamlessly integrates into the mix alongside curated music, a carefully placed voiceover, and environmental ambiences, creating a cohesive auditory experience as the camera ascends from the race track into the clouds.
