A Celebration of Northern Talent: Crafting the Soundscape
This project celebrates the incredible creative talent found across the north of England. I was honored to be invited to collaborate on this exciting opportunity, contributing the sound design for the game.

A Nostalgic Soundscape:

  • Musical Fusion: The bespoke music blends classic 8-bit synth elements, reminiscent of retro video game consoles, with modern synthesizers. This unique blend creates a positive, rhythmic, and contemporary soundscape that perfectly complements the game's visual style.

  • Authentic & Modern Blend: The sound effects (SFX) follow a similar approach, incorporating classic 8-bit sound effects alongside high-quality field recordings. This combination maintains the nostalgic video game aesthetic while adding a layer of realism and depth for a richer listening experience.
